Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Support Manager at First Circle, you will be responsible for managing a team of support representatives who assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and issues. This is a remote work-from-home position based in Caloocan, National Capital Region, Philippines. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support representatives by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members. 4. Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 6. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices. 7. Analyze trends and patterns in customer inquiries to identify areas for improvement. 8. Maintain a positive and professional work environment for the team.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Adaptable and confident personality traits. 6. Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution. 7. Proficient in English and Filipino languages. 8. Ability to work part-time remotely.
