Job Description:
Cebu Pacific Air is looking for a Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support agents and overseeing the resolution of customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer support experience - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure a swift resolution - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes - Track key performance metrics and report on team performance to upper management - Conduct regular coaching sessions with support agents to improve their skills and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer support role - Previous experience in a leadership or managerial position is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Proficiency in negotiation and project management - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
