Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


ZipMatch, a leading real estate technology company based in Caloocan, NCR, is seeking a Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists who provide top-notch customer service to our clients. This position is ideal for someone with 7 years of experience in a similar role and who possesses a passion for delivering exceptional support services.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support specialists to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement efficient support processes and procedures. 3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze support metrics and develop strategies to enhance team performance. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in a customer support or similar role. 2. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 4. Emotional intelligence and a high level of creativity. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Passionate and energetic personality traits.
