Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Penshoppe is looking for a part-time Support Manager to work from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the support team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and escalations.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support representatives, providing coaching, training, and guidance as needed - Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement process improvements to streamline support operations - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support or similar role - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and adaptable mindset - Proficient in using CRM software and other support tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
