Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Wilcon Depot is looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to join our team. This position will be a part-time, remote role based in Davao City, Davao, PH. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote support team.

Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and guidance to the support team to ensure high-quality service delivery - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service delivery - Track and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Excellent time management and project management skills
