Support Officer

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a dedicated and driven Support Officer to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our customers and helping to ensure the smooth operation of our technology platform.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer problems - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers - Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in our support processes - Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product features and enhancements

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using technology tools and platforms for providing support - High level of dedication and drive to meet customer needs and exceed expectations - Strong presentation skills and ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner
