NextPay is seeking a dedicated and independent Support Officer to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This position is part-time at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Support Officer at NextPay, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will also be responsible for identifying and escalating any potential issues to the appropriate team members, as well as assisting with any other administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent presentation and cooperation skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. In addition, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
