Support Officer

Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a dynamic and driven Support Officer to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and returns. 4. Collaborate with other departments to provide solutions to customer concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services. 7. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 8. Attend training sessions to improve technical and soft skills.

Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Driven, confident. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills. 3. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer support tools. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). 8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
