Support Officer

Job Description:

Xepto Computing is seeking a reliable and motivated Support Officer to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, the Support Officer will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat. 2. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex problems and escalate issues as needed. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 4. Assist in the creation of support documentation and training materials for clients. 5. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed. 6. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer support or technical support role. 2. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively. 3. Strategic planning skills to anticipate client needs and provide proactive support. 4. Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
