Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

Pushkart.ph is seeking a part-time Remote Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Remote Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective remote support to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues remotely. 3. Document all support interactions and resolutions in our system. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Assist in testing new software updates and releases. 6. Collaborate with the technical support team to improve processes and procedures. 7. Provide feedback to improve customer experiences.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role. 3. Proficiency in remote support tools and software. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Strong problem-solving skills. 6. Driven and dedicated personality traits. 7. Strong decision-making and planning skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
