Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Remote Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, NCR. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the Remote Support Officer will be responsible for providing remote technical support and assistance to clients and customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries and provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution - Update and maintain customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in remote technical support - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Excellent planning and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using remote support tools and software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
