MadEats, a leading food delivery service in Davao City, is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, independent, and have a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with order-related inquiries, technical issues, and general questions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role preferred - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
