Job Description - Support Representative

Job Description:


ChatGenie is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through various channels such as chat, email, and phone.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing difficulties with our software. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and suggestions for improvement. 8. Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service or technical support experience. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Adaptable and reliable with the ability to work under pressure. 4. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. 5. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
