Job Description:
Megaworld Corporation is seeking a motivated and adaptable Support Representative to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product or service related issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and resolving complaints. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns and provide helpful recommendations. 4. Document all customer interactions and keep detailed records of inquiries and resolutions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience. 6. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques. 7. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction. 8. Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members. 6. Innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement in customer service processes. 7. Motivated and adaptable personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 8. Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
