Olivia, a leading company based in Pasig, NCR, PH, is currently seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, confident, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer support. As a Support Representative at Olivia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance and have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to address customer needs effectively - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
