Job Description - Support Representative


Job Description:


Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our passengers, assisting them with booking flights, resolving issues, and answering inquiries. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the ability to adapt to various situations while working independently.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist passengers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and resolving issues. 2. Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from customers in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other relevant travel information. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. 6. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 7. Deliver presentations on company products and services to customers as needed.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Adaptability to changing situations and environments. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
