Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Support Representative to join our team at Jollibee Foods Corporation in Manila, NCR. As an Associate level position, the Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal teams. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. - Assist with order processing, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns. - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to improve processes and enhance customer experience. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer support role. - Resourceful and dedicated mindset. - Strong soft skills including creativity and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
