Job Description - Support Representative

Job Description:


Saphron is seeking a talented and dedicated Support Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with our software products. 3. Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer problems. 4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. 6. Assist with testing new product features and providing feedback to the development team. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Resilient and adaptable to changing situations and priorities. 5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
