Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Remote Support Representative to join our team at Puregold Price Club Inc. This part-time position is based in Makati, NCR, PH and is ideal for an individual who has at least 2 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality - Strong planning and negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Previous experience in a similar role preferred
