Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Penshoppe is seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, dedicated, have excellent research skills, and thrive in a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and helpful solutions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
