Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking a Support Representative to work from home in Davao City, Philippines. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should possess energetic and resilient personality traits, along with soft skills in innovation and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and online chat 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Contribute to the development of support processes and best practices 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends 7. Meet and exceed performance goals and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or related field 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 5. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
