Job Description:
Saphron is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Support Representative to work remotely from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level that requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Educate customers on product features and benefits - Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system - Collaborate with the technical team to address complex issues - Assist in training new support team members - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner
Requirements: - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work effectively without direct supervision - Strong time management and planning skills to prioritize workload effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset - Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly - Experience using CRM systems and online ticketing platforms - Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
