Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


As a Support Specialist at Grab Philippines, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure our users have a positive experience with our platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to help others.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues such as payment discrepancies, account access problems, and service-related inquiries. 3. Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Adaptable and motivated personality traits. 3. Strong planning and attention to detail skills. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
