Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and independent.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to internal and external clients - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat - Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system - Conduct research to find solutions to complex technical problems - Collaborate with the IT team to escalate unresolved issues - Provide timely and professional communication to clients regarding issue status and resolution - Stay up-to-date on new technologies and best practices in the industry

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field - Adaptable and independent personality traits - Strong adaptability and research skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of remote support tools and software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
