Support Specialist

Job Description:

Peddlr is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level Support Specialist with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy 3. Assist with order processing and fulfillment 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience 5. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping 6. Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: 1. Motivated and energetic personality 2. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence 3. Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 6. Flexible schedule and availability to work part-time hours
