Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team at ABS-CBN Corporation in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our customers and internal teams. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to grow within the company.


Responsibilities: - Provide first-line support for customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions - Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to improve products and services - Assist with training new team members on support processes and procedures - Contribute to the development of support resources and documentation


Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or similar role - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong leadership and teamwork skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing systems is a plus
