Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Avion School is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to students and staff - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist with setting up and maintaining online learning platforms - Collaborate with the IT department to address any network or software issues - Provide training and guidance to users on technological tools and resources - Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions - Ensure all support requests are addressed and resolved efficiently

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong strategic planning skills - Ability to cooperate and collaborate effectively with others - Must be dedicated and driven
