Support Specialist

Job Description:

United Laboratories is seeking a passionate and hardworking Support Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with products and services. 3. Assist in the development and delivery of product training materials. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes. 5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients. 6. Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions in a CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent time management and organization abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Presentation skills are a plus.
