Job Description - Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:


Xepto Computing, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and clients via phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and effective support to customers experiencing technical issues with our products and services. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues remotely. 3. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and solutions. 4. Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate and relevant support. 7. Assist with product testing and quality assurance as needed.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Proficiency in software and hardware troubleshooting. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Resilience to handle challenging customer interactions. 5. Confidence to recommend solutions and persuade customers to follow troubleshooting steps. 6. Critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
