Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Support Specialist to join our team at Kumu in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our users. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where your creativity and problem-solving skills will be put to the test.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues with our platform. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues. 4. Conduct analysis of customer feedback and provide insights to improve our product and services. 5. Assist with training new users on how to use our platform effectively. 6. Contribute to the development of support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles. 7. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the support team.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer support role. 2. Confident and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. 6. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 7. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
