Expedock is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team based in Manila, Philippines. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or technical issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform - Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our software effectively - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Assist with testing new features and software updates before they are released to customers - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Confident and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred
