Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Revolution Precrafted is seeking a motivated and passionate Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate support via email, chat, or phone - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our products or services - Assist with order processing, billing, and shipping logistics - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and project management skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Experience in a customer service or support role preferred
