Job Description:
Ayala Land is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team in a remote, work-from-home position. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients 3. Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training on our products 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance customer support strategies 7. Utilize research and creativity to find innovative solutions to customer problems
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient mindset to handle challenging customer situations 2. Strong research and creativity skills to effectively problem-solve 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 5. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of software applications 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
