Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies is seeking a Support Specialist to work remotely from home in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and driven, with strong decision-making and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Accurately document customer interactions and feedback - Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide feedback for product enhancements - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in basic computer applications and software - High school diploma or equivalent
