Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a hardworking and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and assist with troubleshooting - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions promptly and professionally - Identify customer needs and offer solutions or suggestions to meet those needs - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics regarding response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence customers - Attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries - Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required
