Web Chat Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Assistant to join our team at BeamAndGo in Parañaque, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers in navigating our website and using our services - Provide product information and assistance with purchases - Proactively identify and escalate any emerging issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure positive interactions with every customer

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic personality with the ability to adapt to changing situations - Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
