Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Philippine Airlines. This part-time position is based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH and is at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through web chat - Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and other requests - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while assisting customers - Utilize creativity and critical thinking skills to provide innovative solutions to customer problems - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers

Requirements: - Must be confident and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in customer service or a similar role preferred - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
