Job Description:

Jollibee Foods Corporation is looking for a passionate and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Creating a positive and engaging interaction with customers to promote brand loyalty. 6. Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality communication. 7. Providing feedback on customer preferences and concerns to improve services.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to think creatively and solve problems efficiently. 3. Excellent people management skills to handle customer interactions effectively. 4. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and multitasking abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Passion for customer service and commitment to exceeding customer expectations. 7. Motivated to learn and grow within the organization.
