Web Chat Assistant

Job description: United Laboratories is seeking a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat services. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resilient and driven personality.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat services - Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Contribute to team projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Resilient and driven personality traits - Project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team - Basic knowledge of web chat platforms and CRM systems
