Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Investagrams, a leading financial technology company based in Taguig, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers through our web chat platform, providing timely and accurate information to help resolve queries and concerns - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and consistent customer support - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency - Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions - Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously improve knowledge of Investagrams products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Independent and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations - Strong people management skills to handle various customer inquiries and challenges - Excellent planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Familiarity with financial markets and investment concepts is a plus - Proficiency in English and Filipino languages - Excellent computer skills and ability to use web chat software efficiently
