Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job description: Investagrams, a leading financial technology company based in Davao City, is seeking a Web Chat Assistant to work remotely from home. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through the web chat platform. 2. Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 5. Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management. 6. Monitor and report on web chat performance metrics.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. 2. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits. 3. Proficient in analysis and planning soft skills. 4.
