Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and offer guidance on our products and services. 2. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Assist in strategic planning for customer engagement and retention initiatives. 4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to connect with customers on a personal level. 4. Experience with strategic planning and problem-solving. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer relationship management software.
