Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Associate at Humble Sustainability, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. You will interact with customers to address their inquiries, provide technical support, resolve issues, and ensure a positive user experience. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities to upsell products or services, as well as gathering feedback to improve our website and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through web chat - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Upsell products or services based on customer needs - Gather feedback and report trends to improve website functionality - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field - Hardworking and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Innovative mindset to identify and implement process improvements - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - High school diploma or equivalent
