Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers through the company's web chat platform, providing excellent customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues in a timely manner. - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions as needed. - Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers with their queries. - Report any technical issues or trends in customer inquiries to management for further investigation and resolution. - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Requirements: - Independent and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong people management and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members. - Previous experience in a customer service or chat support role. - Proficient in using web chat platforms and other communication tools. - Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. - Ability to work part-time hours in Pasig, NCR, Philippines.
