Job Description:

Megaworld Corporation is seeking a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This entry-level position requires 0 years of experience but is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, independent, have excellent communication skills, and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through web chat, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product or service-related concerns - Utilize company resources to provide accurate information and solutions to customers - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools to improve customer support processes

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills and proficiency in using web chat platforms - Adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment
