Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the digital customer service industry. As an Entry Level Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth communication and customer service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and resourceful with strong decision-making skills - Adaptability to handle various customer situations effectively - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency with web chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
