Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Homebase is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via web chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner via web chat. 2. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and solutions to customer issues. 3. Drive sales and customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. 5. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong negotiation and leadership skills to handle customer interactions effectively. 3. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently. 5. Comfortable working remotely and using web chat software. 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
