Booky is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients through web chat. This role requires a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure timely responses to all inquiries - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company guidelines and policies regarding customer interactions and data privacy

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism - Technical proficiency with web chat platforms and CRM systems - Driven and confident personality traits - Demonstrated leadership and emotional intelligence skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Comfortable working remotely and managing time efficiently
