Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from your home in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs effectively - Negotiate with customers to reach positive resolutions and ensure satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking mentality - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and solve problems independently - Experience with customer service and/or sales preferred - Proficiency in computer and internet usage - Excellent negotiation skills
