Remote Web Chat Manager

AQWIRE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This is a part-time position for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the web chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. - Develop chat scripts and guidelines to enhance customer experience and drive sales. - Train and supervise a team of remote chat operators to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize chat performance and enhance overall customer satisfaction. - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field. - Proven track record of managing successful web chat operations. - Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. - Independent and resilient personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. - Soft skills in negotiation and presentation to drive conversations and close deals. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
